A festival for discussing graduation projects for fourth-year students

The first stage of the Graduation Projects Festival was completed today, Tuesday, April 30, 2024, in the Dr. Munir Al-Muzaffar Hall of the Mechanical Engineering Department. Many instructors and students from the department were present.

The Central Committee of the University Presidency discussed ten different projects from the fourth stage students with the aim of creating a competition between the projects, choosing the best ones, and showcasing the inventiveness of the students and their supervisors.

The Central Committee praised the caliber of the projects, their practical benefits in identifying and addressing the demands of the labor market, and the graduates of the department for their ability to channel their academic energies from their studies into community-serving work projects.

The Power Station Engineering Branch project was distinguished and nominated for the final competition of the Graduation Projects Festival, which bears the title (Manufacturing and studying a tulip-shaped turbine to light external roads), prepared by students Batoul Nihad, Abdul Rahman Basem, and Haider Ali, and supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Qusay
