Sattar Aljabair 1973, Baghdad-Iraq, married, male, B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering 1996, M.Sc. Fluid dynamics 1999, Ph.D. Thermofields 2003, University of Technology, Mechanical engineering department. Interests in general thermodynamics and heat transfer, computer programming and studies for engineering application and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Society Memberships and Reviewer for more than 25. Supervision on more than 10 M.Sc. and Ph.D. Degree Students. Publications were more than 20 Papers. Assistance prof since 2008.

2016-present Assist. Prof. in the Mechanical Engineering Department, lecturer for CAE, CAD, CFD and Heat transfer subjects for undergraduate and postgraduate students. University of Technology, Baghdad–Iraq. 2014-2016 Programmer and developer as a CFD Engineer in different commercial company, Germany. 2012-2014 1. Unsteady simulation of KSC propeller blade loads using OpenFOAM. The geometry built using SolidWorks and ICEM CFD, and it generated as STL file. The mesh file generated using snappyHexMesh utility in OpenFOAM. Fluid Dynamics and Ship Theory institute of Hamburg- Harburg University of Technology (TUHH), Germany. 2. Unsteady simulation of 5MW offshore wind turbine Using OpenFOAM, and CFX ANSYS. The geometry built using SolidWorks to generate STEP file. The mesh file generated in ICEM CFD.
